Privacy Statement

This is the privacy statement of Rink®. I respect your privacy and process personal data only to provide my services.

2. What data do I process?

I only process the data you enter yourself through the forms on my website. There are two points of contact:

  1. The Brand Audit: name, company name, email address and optionally your website, plus your answers to the 23 questions about your organisation's brand architecture.
  2. The contact form: name, company name, email address, phone number, optionally your website, and an optional description of your situation, written by you.

3. Purpose of processing

I collect this data exclusively for:

  1. Contact: to respond to your request through the Brand Audit or the contact form.
  2. Advice: to prepare a personal report or a suitable proposal based on what you have indicated.
  3. Execution: to prepare and carry out the agreement (the project).

4. Statistics

  1. The Rink® website uses Vercel Analytics to track visitor numbers and page views. This happens without cookies and without following an individual visitor: the figures are anonymised and aggregated.

5. Sharing with third parties

I never sell your data. I only share data with processors necessary for running my business, such as:

  1. Vercel, for hosting the website.
  2. Resend, for sending form and questionnaire data to my email address.
  3. Google Calendar, for scheduling an introduction. The booking page sits with Google itself; what you enter there goes directly to Google, not through this website.
  4. Accounting software, for processing invoices (if you become a client).

6. Retention period

  1. Requests (not a client): I retain data for a maximum of 12 months, to be able to answer any follow-up questions.
  2. Clients: I retain invoice and personal data in accordance with the statutory tax retention obligation (7 years).

7. Your rights

  1. You always have the right to access, correct or have your data deleted. Send an email to demy@vanrink.com for this.
  2. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (the Dutch Data Protection Authority), the Dutch regulator for the processing of personal data.
